A typical human body, will be between 60-70% water. Clearly, it’s important!

Some simple tips:

  1. Start your day with a full glass (12 oz) of water.
  2. Always have a water bottle on hand and sip it constantly. (Yes, you will have to pee!)
  3. Drink 1 bottle prior to, during, and following exercise. Drink more if you need to.

For those who want to be more precise: Multiply your body weight by .6. This is roughly the amount of water, in ounces, you should drink per day.
