Why do I need a Personal Trainer?

A trainer is a key element to your personal fitness. Expertly trained and certified in how to efficiently and safely achieve personal fitness, a trainer will motivate and educate you about the exercise and nutritional requirements for your body.

How long will it take before I can expect to see results?

The time it will take to realize substantial results will vary depending on your individual goals and your fitness level when you begin training. Some clients see substantial results in just a few weeks; other clients may need to train longer before results are realized. I can promise that you will feel better emotionally and physically within the first week.

How many times per week do I need to train with a trainer?

One to five times per week depending upon your personal goals and needs. On average, two days per week is a general recommendation.

What happens during the initial consultation?

We will achieve a level of understanding concerning your personal fitness goals through your medical history, a fitness assessment and providing a Functional Movement Screening. This information will be used in recommending a specific fitness program to help you accomplish your goals. We will use this informational baseline to help track your progress as you continue your fitness routine. Be sure to come to this first session prepared for a workout.
