Small Group Sessions

Our small group training keeps the individual focus of each client, while sharing the fun and energy of the group. We will go over your specific goals, health history and perform a Functional Movement Screening to help design your individual program. Share your training with a workout partner or small group of up to 4 people.

We also offer small group girl’s athletic fitness sessions upon request.
