Skilled Services

Future Shapes offers customized conditioning and strengthening programs to pick up where traditional physical therapy ends. We provide a continuum of care that supports and extends the recovery program designed by your doctor, physical therapist, or chiropractor to return you to your pre-injury fitness program or move beyond it.

Functional Movement Screening

We encourage every client to participate in a Functional Movement Screening. The screen provides the professional trainer with the ability to assess asymmetries and functional limitations in a clients movement pattern and examine areas that require strenghtening. In general, any movement deficit will be identified. We will use corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns and prevent future injuries.
