I have always had a passion for fitness since a very early age. With dance being the core of my existence, after moving to the States 20 years ago, I was forced to find a different channel to express myself. Taking step aerobics classes and stepping into the weight area for the first time in my life, I just knew I had found myself all over again. It was one of these moments in one’s life that you know you are at the right place once you found it, you feel it and there are not questions about it. I know it sounds cheesy, but that how I found fitness in America!
This passion led me to become a certified step aerobics instructor as well as a certified personal trainer both through AFAA – American Fitness Association of America.
I am definitely a fitness enthusiast with passion for helping my clients overcome obstacles by not only being their trainer, but by being their coach/motivator throughout their fitness journey. I love to prove my clients wrong by showing them that any challenge they are faced with can be achieved, as long as they have a “CAN DO” attitude. They just need to allow themselves a chance to try to succeed.
